I am a forth year undergraduate student at the University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and operations management as well as a minor in Chinese language. Being a first generation Chinese American, there are various aspects that have shaped my global perspective. Being boring in Fuzhou China and moving to America at the age of 4, I was raised to respect and combine both my cultures for a greater global experience. I have taken my respect for Chinese culture to take the initiatives to learn the language so i can effectively communicate with my family, and hope to spread it to future generations.

Upon graduating in May 2017, my professional and educational objectives include earning a Master's degree in Information Systems and Operations Management as well as being a business analyst for Bank of America . In the future I hope I can create a non-profit organization to support students who are interested in learning more about their ancestral roots.

Currently, I work as a Senior Ambassador for the office of Asian Pacific Islander American Affairs under the Multicultural and Diversity Affairs. I work to promote, empower, and advocate for Asian American locally, regionally and nationally.
